The agents are judged over a number of months, on everything to service levels, marketing, and amount of properties sold.
Owner and founder Michael has spoken to Bucks Radio about how happy they are about winning this prestigious award:
"The whole team are absolutely delighted, considering what we've been through with COVID and what the market has been like.
Everybody right through form the youngest member of staff, right through to me - the oldest member of staff, we are absolutely over the moon!"
The agency have adapted to the restrictions of COVID, with a 'giraffe camera' allowing people to see houses in 360 degrees online, as well as upping their popular social media presence.
Micheal told us the ethos of the agency:
"My rule of thumb is, never ask somebody to do something you wouldn't do yourself, and if it was your house how would you want to be treated. And that runs right the way through for everybody that works here - its about client care, customer care and making sure everybody gets exceptional service."
