The walk lead explains how they're trying to break the stigma around men's mental health.
Scott Grover told Bucks Radio about what inspired him to become a walk lead for the Aylesbury branch, how the simple act of walking and talking can support men's wellbeing and why it's brave to seek help when you need it.
He also told us about what it means to have the support of the community and what he envisions for the group's future:
Men Walking and Talking Aylesbury meet every Thursday at 7pm and set off from Oakfield Road Car Park, with walks free to attend and no need to sign up.
