"Forever Wanderers" aims to help those living with young onset dementia.
The group, set up by the Wycombe Wanderers Foundation, hopes to support those under 65 living with the syndrome via monthly meet-ups.
The first Forever Wanderers session will be held on Wednesday 18th November in the Monty's Bar at Adams Park Stadium from 10:30am-12pm, with tea, coffee, biscuits and games.
The club say the first session is all about attendees, who are encouraged to tell them what they’d like to see with ideas then used to shape a programme of activities.
After the first session, meet-ups will be held on the third Wednesday of every month.
It;s been funded by RH Amar and supported by Dementia Support Bucks.
