A man has been charged in connection with an incident of assault and false imprisonment in High Wycombe.
Wayne Palmer, aged 21, of Weston Road, Ealing, London, was charged with one count each of GBH with intent, false imprisonment, attempted robbery and concerned in the supply of class A drugs on Wednesday (3/1).
The charges are in relation to an incident on 13 December. At around 10pm, the victim was in High Wycombe when he was threatened and taken to an address on Priory Road, and then assaulted over a period of time. The victim required hospital treatment but has since been discharged.
Palmer was arrested on Tuesday (2/1). After he was charged, he was remanded in custody and is due to appear at Aylesbury Crown Court on 5 February.
