This Mental Health Awareness Week (9th -13th May), the NHS and Bucks Council are on a mission to help anyone feeling lonely in the county.
They're asking residents to reach out to others, offering a walk around a park, a cup of tea or just a walk around, or just a chance to talk.
Fancy a cuppa? ☕ Sometimes it’s the smallest actions that make the biggest difference. This #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek, reach out to a friend to help lift them out of loneliness and in doing so, it may lift you up too.
