It comes after Government accept all recommendations of a review into antisemitism in schools.
Conservative MP Greg Smith told the education secretary in Parliament yesterday he's been speaking to Jewish constituents "who are living in fear".
Smith went on to urge Lucy Powell to commit to regular updates on how the recommendations of the Sir David Bell report on anti-semitism in schools and colleges are being implemented, saying it would give British Jewish communities confidence that "the scale of urgency is absolutely there" and to avoid politicians potentially wishing they "could have done more" in a year's time.
He said that the fact almost 3 in 5 Jewish young people and half of Jewish teachers have experienced or witnessed anti-semitism requires a "hyper-urgent response".
