Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust say they're seeing more patients who are even more sick with coronavirus than in last year's peak.
In a video released on Facebook, Dr. Mitra Shahidi, from the trust explains that the virus is very real.
She adds that although hospital car parks may seem emptier , it is because more people are arriving in ambulances and operations are having to be delayed.
