Patients registered with a GP practice in Buckinghamshire are invited to take part in a short survey about how your practice communicates with you.
GP practices use various tools to enable their patients to contact them. These may include online consultations, video consultations and text messaging.
The Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West Integrated Care System (BOB ICS) would like your feedback on these tools and how they help to manage your health.
The survey should only take about five minutes to complete and is open until Sunday, 21 November.
