Leader of the Bucks Council Martin Tett has personal written a letter to the Chairman of Royal Mail.
He has officially complained about what he has called 'totally unacceptable' Mail delivery service being experienced by Amersham area residents for the last three months.
In the letter to Keith Williams, he went on to say that there have been ''numerous complaints'' from local residents.
