Thames Valley Police is appealing for information after a serious injury road traffic collision on the A41 near Piddington.
The collision occurred on the A41 between the Blackthorn Bridge at Marsh Gibbon and the junction with Piddington at just after 2pm on Friday
(13/1).
A Renault yellow cement mixer lorry left the carriageway and crashed in to a grass ditch.
The driver of the lorry, a man in his thirties sustained serious injuries and is currently receiving treatment at the John Radcliffe Hospital.
Investigating officer PC Mark Jones, of the Roads Policing Unit, said: “I’m appealing to any motorists who were in the area at the time and witnessed the collision or saw the cement mixer before the collision to contact me.
“If you have any footage of the collision or of the cement mixer, I would also like to hear from you. “You can leave any information you have via our website or call 101, quoting investigation reference 43230018783.”
