A 39-year-old man from Aylesbury has been arrested following a police operation in the town. Officers from Thames Valley Police's Proactive Team stopped a man riding an e-scooter in Ladbroke Close shortly after 5pm on Monday afternoon.
The man was arrested on suspicion of possessing Class A drugs, including crack cocaine and heroin, with intent to supply. He was also arrested on suspicion of possessing cannabis.
In addition, he faces allegations of driving without a licence and using a motor vehicle without valid insurance.
The man remains in police custody while investigations continue.
Thames Valley Police says information from the public plays a vital role in helping officers tackle drug-related crime and keep communities safe.
