A 25 year old man from Aylesbury was arrested just after 7pm on Wednesday (4/5). He was first detained by officers on Edge Street suspected to be involved in the supply of drugs. Following a search, he was found in possession of a large quantity of Cannabis and over £6k in cash.
A further search at a related address then found another individual, a 35 year old male who is also from Aylesbury. He too was arrested following the discovery of another large quantity of cannabis.
The investigation then identified both of these individuals to be heavily involved in the importation of Cannabis into the UK.
Both have been remanded into police custody and they will appear in court later today (6/5).
Aylesbury Police have said they remain relentless in our war against drugs, stating “If you sell drugs on the streets of Aylesbury Vale, we will catch you and we will send you to prison”.
