Thames Valley Police has a new knife amnesty bin in the town.
It is situated just off Frogmoor in Wycombe town centre, and it is now being used to surrender knives. It might not sound like anything to shout about, but that's numerous knives taken off the streets, which means lives saved and serious injury avoided.
If you know anyone who may be carrying a knife or weapon, please encourage them to drop it in the bin. Without a knife, they will avoid being stopped & searched for possession, avoid being tempted to use it, and avoid being prosecuted for any of these offences.
