At around 1.55am yesterday (27/4), a two-storey, mid-terrace property on Hillington Close was 100% damaged by fire. Two neighbouring properties were effected by smoke and water damage.
The71-year-old man from Aylesbury was arrested yesterday (28/4) on suspicion of arson with the intent to endanger life.
A number of residents were evacuated while firefighters fought the blaze, but thankfully no-one was injured.
An increased Police presence will be at the scene while the investigation continues, they're asking for anyone with information to make a report by calling 101 or via the Thames Valley Police website quoting reference 43220179813.
