After concerns about the quality of care at a residential home in Wing, Bucks Council are now involved.
A safeguarding enquiry is underway at a care home in Aylesbury Vale.
There have been concerns about the quality of care at Carey Lodge in Wing - now Bucks Council has a team there to help.
They say they will make sure family and residents are involved in all decisions going forward.
The Council continues to work with Carey Lodge and The Fremantle Trust to ensure the safety and wellbeing of residents is given the highest priority.
In a statement today, a spokesperson said:
"The Council acknowledges this situation is a distressing time for people who live at Carey Lodge and their family.
"If you or your family member have any concerns that you would like to discuss, please speak to the Council's Adult Social Care staff based at Carey Lodge."
