Two cars have been seized by police.
Officers from the Thames Valley Police Rural Crime Taskforce seized two Mercedes C-class saloons in Princes Risborough and Milton Keynes.
Both vehicles were being driven without insurance or a full driving licence.
One male who was wanted for failing to appear at court was arrested and remanded into custody to appear in court today.
