Police are investigating an unexplained death in High Wycombe.
At around 2.05pm on Saturday, a member of the public reported concerns for the welfare of a 67-year-old man at an address in Parsonage Close.
Officers and South Central Ambulance Service attended and sadly found the man’s body, which had injuries of initial concern.
As a result, a 42-year-old man from High Wycombe at the premises was arrested on suspicion of murder released with no further action.
The man’s next of kin have been informed and have been offered support by specially trained officers.
