Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is inviting nominations for the People’s Award for Personal and Compassionate Care.
This award recognises those who have made a significant and memorable difference to the lives and experiences of patients and their families in outpatient, inpatient or community settings, during the last 12 months.
The trust is keen to hear from patients, carers, families and members of our local community who wish to nominate a team or individual from the Trust who they feel deserves special recognition for delivering exceptional care.
This special award is part of the Trust’s Annual BHT Awards which recognise those who have provided an outstanding contribution on behalf of Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust.
