Buckinghamshire's NHS Trust says there's "no excuse" for the violence or aggression shown to members of staff or volunteers.
In a video shared to social media (below), Chief Nurse Karen Bonner says they understand people will be worried, particularly during a time of increased demand. She's asked for visitors to "be kind" to those trying to take care of loved ones.
Please be kind to our colleagues and volunteers as they're going about caring for you or your loved ones.
