16 and 17 year olds will also be contacted to book their 2nd dose from the 22nd November.
The NHS will contact people to arrange a vaccination when they are eligible.
- 16 and 17 year olds 2nd dose: need minimum of 12 week gap between 1st and 2nd dose
- 40+ year olds: need minimum of 6 month gap between 2nd and booster dose. You can also pre-book your booster five months after your second dose so you can be vaccinated the day you hit that 6 month gap.
