A 19-year-old man and a 21-year-old man have been arrested on suspicion of GBH after a man was stabbed in High Wycombe during a fight between a group of males in the town centre last weekend.
In the early hours of Saturday morning, at around 3.50am on 26th March, an argument broke out between four or five males inside the McDonald’s restaurant on the High Street.
A fight then ensued and during the incident a man in his twenties received some stab wounds.
He attended Stoke Mandeville hospital but has since been discharged.
Both of the men arrested are from High Wycombe.
Police believe that bystanders filmed the incident on their phones and are asking anyone with footage to come forward.
Investigating officer Detective Sergeant James Rocks of CID based at High Wycombe, said: “We are investigating this incident following this altercation in which a man has been stabbed.
“We are following a number of lines of enquiry.
“We believe that a number of people may have filmed this incident on their phones, as such we would ask anyone who has video footage of the incident or may have witnessed it to please come forward.
