Rasharn Francis, aged 27, of Hithercroft Road in High Wycombe was charged on Wednesday (26/1) with possession with intent to supply heroin, possession of criminal property, possession of cannabis, fraud by false representation and failing to stop when required by a constable.
The charges relate to two incidents in High Wycombe on 27 November 2021 and 25 January 2022.
On 27 November, officers illuminated their lights and sirens to request a car to stop, but it failed to do so.
The car was later located on Gibbs Close and further enquiries were made.
On Tuesday (25/1), officers detained a man for a Section 23 Misuse of Drugs Act search, locating cash, a phone and a set of keys.
Francis appeared at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday (26/1) and was remanded in custody to appear at Aylesbury Crown Court on 28 February.
