A man has been charged in connection with a murder in High Wycombe.
Tyrell James, aged 23, of Hawksmoor Close, High Wycombe, was charged with one count of murder late last night (12/9).
The charge relates to the murder of Karl Stanislaus, aged 44, who was tragically found dead in Bowden Lane on Tuesday 5 September.
James was remanded in custody and is due to appear at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court today (13/9).
A 23-year-old man from High Wycombe was arrested, yesterday, on suspicion of assisting an offender in connection with the murder. He has been bailed to return on a date in the future.
Head of the Major Crime Unit, Detective Superintendent Kevin Brown, said: “Our thoughts are still with the family of Mr Stanislaus, who are being supported by specially-trained officers.
“Our investigation into his murder continues but the scene-watch on Bowden Lane has been released. Thank you to the public for your patience and co-operation while we conducted our enquiries.
“Enquiries continue across the High Wycombe area and I would ask for the public’s continued help as we make progress in gathering evidence.
