A man has been charged in connection with an assault in Amersham.
Michael Padden, aged 55, of Buckingham Way, Frimley, Surrey, was charged with one count of section 18 wounding with intent today (28/9).
The charge relates to an assault in White Lion Road at 9.50am on Monday (25/9).
The victim, a man in his forties, was taken to hospital for further treatment, where he remains in a stable condition.
Padden was remanded in custody and appeared at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court today.
He was further remanded in custody and is due to appear at Aylesbury Crown Court on 30 October.
