A man has been arrested in connection with a sexual assault of a girl in Stoke Mandeville.
The victim, a teenage girl, was approached by a man in fields behind Wendover Road and Station Road on Thursday (3/8) afternoon.
The offender sexually assaulted the girl before a member of the public intervened and the offender fled the scene on foot.
A 27-year-old man from Stoke Mandeville has been arrested on suspicion of sexual assault and released on police bail until 5 November, pending further enquiries by the force.
