Gawcott Road in Buckingham has been shut after three plastic five litre canisters, emitting vapour, were found this morning. (3/5)
At 8:40 AM, firefighters and police attended the scene, the road was closed while the firefighters worked to identify the substance they contained.
The substance was confirmed as 14 per cent hydrochloric acid, with the road requiring professional cleaning.
Thames Valley Police were also in attendance to investigate the incident.
