A new month could mean a new challenge, as the Bierton Run is taking place next month.
It's happening on Sunday 14th November, and depending on your stamina, there is a 5k and 10k option!
You can get sponsored to do your run, and organiser of the run Mark Grieves, told us about where the money goes.
"At least 50% of the money that we make in our events goes to chair and the other 50% goes to future events but this year our partner charity is the pace centre the one on Wendover Road, so we're raising money for them, hopefully we raise lots!"
The pace centre in Aylesbury is a charity that transforms the lives of children and young people with motor disorders, such as Cerebral Palsy.
