Fighters attended a a large derelict two-storey stable block and annex on Ibstone Road, Stokenchurch on Tuesday (24/5) evening.
At 6:09 PM, firefighters used two main jets, a thermal imaging camera, a short extension ladder and two hay drags to fight the blaze.
The stable block was destroyed by the fire.
The road was closed while they were at the scene and has since been reopened.
Thames Valley Police also attended the incident.
