A plan for 65 new homes in a Bucks village has taken a huge step forward after Buckinghamshire Council has approved part of the scheme.
The development at Longwick, already partly built, has had a sustainable drainage systems statement approved by the council.
Some families have already moved into properties on Miller Homes Southern’s 7.6-acre Longwick Chase development, which was given planning permission in 2022.
The site on Thame Road is a mix of two, three, four and five-bedroom detached and semi-detached energy-efficient homes, with 27 affordable homes.
Several of the properties are currently being marketed by Miller.
