Local mental health charity Bucks Mind have used this National Volunteer Week to look after the people that give their time to the charity
In partnership with Community Impact Bucks, they have made 3 training videos to support their volunteers, covering things like if they ever get overwhelmed, or where to go if they need to ask for help.
The first video can be watched here: http://youtube.com/watch?v=QxmWOJkpFI4
