It follows reports a whistling noise being heard in Bledlow Ridge this week.
Virtus said they were made aware of noise on Tuesday (03/11) by their on-site team as well as reports by local residents, but said there's no evidence it originated from their Saunderton campus.
They added that they "quickly undertook further investigations into the matter, looking at operations on site and checking equipment", but that investigations by their own team - as well as an inspection by an environmental protection officer from Bucks Councillor Wednesday - determined the noise wasn't coming from them.
Virtus said they know there were overnight railway and M40 motorway engineering works scheduled in the local area, and that they've contacted Network Rail and Highways England to see whether that could've been he cause of the disruption.
They've encouraged local residents to continue sharing their concerns and have issued a reminder of their first drop-in surgery at The Golden Cross in Saunderton on Tuesday 10 November, from 4pm to 8pm.
