The Midbucks MP has criticised the situation.
Greg Smith said in a social media post that whilst it was good to see works starting on the upper deck of the car park at Haddenham and Thame Station, it meant this morning (04/11) the car park was completely full.
He also claimed contractors working on the upper deck are being "grossly inconsiderate" in the amount of parking space they're taking out for their own convenience and vehicle parking.
He added that "utterly flabbergasting" is the removal of two spaces he says have been taped off for over a week for a maintenance team to service the nearby lamp post. Smith says "surely" Chiltern Railway know a day the team are coming, meaning spaces could be closed for just a day.
The Conservative MP finished by saying "this is just taking customers for mugs - and I have raised with the Railway."
