Following the bin collection day changes in the Chiltern, Wycombe & SouthBucks district areas, from the 9th May, Bucks Council have thanked residents for their patience and understanding.
They have reminded everyone that both residents and crews are getting used to the new days, so if your bin was missed on the rounds to report it to them.
You can do this after 6pm on the day of the miss, and within 24 hours of the miss, online at https://www.buckinghamshire.gov.uk/.../report-a-missed....
All missed bins must be reported either online, or by telephone, to our customer service teams so the Council can work with the crews to try and arrange a recollection.
If you haven’t already, please check your new bin day online.
