The superstore will also come with a 6 pump petrol station, large car park, and an in-house restaurant.
A steel Frame can be seen on the site of the site of the new Sainsbury's on Gatehouse, and work on the frame is expected to be finished by the end of May.
It will then be followed by the cladding, roofing and glazing, with the megastore on plan to be open to the public by the end of the year.
officials are claiming that the new Sainsbury’s will also bring a considerable number of new employment opportunities to the local community, with over 150 colleagues across a variety of roles and levels set to work from the store.
