A mental health therapy and coaching centre on the outskirts of Aylesbury has some very unique members of their team - 3 horses!
The Incca Equine Partnered Coaching is an alternative therapy centre that uses interaction with horses to help with a variety of mental health issues.
Owner Claudia explains how horses can sense how they need to help someone.
"If we have the appearance of being confident and happy, but we may be feeling the internal feelings of anxiety or fear, it will be the internal feelings the horses will be able to pick up and respond to."
An ex racehorse, a mare and a Shetland pony make up the friendly trio of therapy horses, and they all have their own ways of helping people, here is Claudia speaking about them.
People don't need to know anything about horses to experience this unique form of therapy, as the horses aren't ridden in the sessions.
