Aylesbury could be getting a third McDonald's restaurant after a planning application was submitted to Buckinghamshire Council.
The scheme relates to the former Askeys site on Stocklake and if it gets the green light, 11 commercial units will be built on the site of the former ice cream factory, along with the drive-thru restaurant.
Demolition work on the factory, which closed last month, has already started.
A decision on the scheme is expected by the end of June.
