Bobkins Bazaar (formally Wycombe Food Hub Community Bazaar) is hosting a charity ‘Alternative Fashion Show’ on Thursday the 12th of May.
Taking place in the Chilterns Shopping Centre from 8pm – 10pm, the show will be; showcasing jgarments that have been donated and sold from their shop.
This show features the extraordinary works of celebrity fashion designer and local university lecturer Juliet Hamilton, alongside the talented hair and make-up artistry of Retro Beauty. This event has also been given great support from the mayor of High Wycombe, Andrea Baughan who’s ‘The Mayor’s Appeal’ will also be sponsored by this event.
The Alternative Fashion Show’s aim is to show that sustainable, affordable shopping is for everyone and to demonstrate that fashion need not be expensive.
Wycombe Food Hub’s Community Bazaar rebrand to Bobkins Bazaar hopes to honor the life of director Bob Kin all while trying to fight the stigma people may have had in the past about shopping here.
