Proms in the Park 2023

The classic and much-loved Proms in the Park is back for 2023 on Sunday 27 of August in Vale Park.

Get you picnic together, grab a rug, union jack flags and most importantly, your friends and family and head to Vale park for this superb free night out.  

Picnics from 6:30pm.  Concert starts at 7:15pm.  Fireworks finale at 9:30pm

Aylesbury Concert Band, with soloists Alison Langer and Lawrence Thackery, will delight you at this typically English outdoor concert with popular traditional Proms anthems of Rule Britannia, Jerusalem and Land of Hope and Glory, alongside a plethora of Disney tunes to entertain and delight audiences of all ages.  

There are a small number of hot food stalls if you don’t want to take a picnic.

Proms in the Park, part of Parklife Weekend - a free festival hosted by Aylesbury Town Council – brining communities together with free accessible events.  

As the proud recipients of the Fair4All Events award, Aylesbury Town Council will continue to provide a broad service for those with disabilities.

Marie from Hand Talking, along with her team of friends, will be providing BSL interpretation for the performance.

Blue Badge parking is available at Aqua Vale Swimming and Fitness Centre where additional spaces will be provided on the day.
