Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious road traffic collision, which has left a female pedestrian with serious leg injuries.
At approximately 5.10pm on Thursday (28/11), the woman was crossing on Park Street at the Aylesbury junction with Lester Road when she was involved in a collision with a grey Fiat 500.
The woman, aged in her fifties, sustained a broken leg and was taken to hospital where she required surgery. She remains in hospital at this time in a stable condition.
No arrests have been made.
Investigating officer PC Nicholas Gent of the Roads Policing Unit said: “I am appealing for anybody who witnessed this collision or who has information that could assist this investigation to get in touch with Thames Valley Police.
