A 39 year old from Aylesbury and a 19 year old from Nottingham were both given more than 5 years in prison.
19-year-old Arbjan Vata of Osborne Street, Nottingham and 39-year-old Philip Ogundipe of Conniston Green, Aylesbury were jailed after being caught dealing drugs in Aylesbury.
. Two counts of possession with intent to supply a controlled class A drug, namely crack cocaine and heroin
. One count of possession of a controlled class B drug, namely cannabis

. Using a motor vehicle on a road without third party insurance
His jailing comes after proactive patrols by officers in the Elmhurst area at around 5.10pm on 24 July 2026, where they observed two individuals, known to be drug users, waiting at the junction of Hilton Avenue and Dunsham Lane. Officers saw one of the individuals using a mobile phone before passing it to the other while counting coins.
The two individuals then walked from Hilton Avenue to a block of garages in Ladbroke Close, where they met Ogundipe, who had arrived on an electric scooter. Officers detained Ogundipe and conducted a search under Section 23 of the Misuse of Drugs Act. During the search, a mobile phone and a £610 in cash were seized.
The two individuals who had met with Ogundipe were also searched and were found to be in possession of crack cocaine. A search of his home address was conducted, with a quantity of crack cocaine, heroin, cannabis, multiple mobile phones and scales were seized.
Ogundipe was arrested on the same day and charged on 15 June 2026.
Investigating officer PC Alicia Foster of the Aylesbury Proactive Team said: “Ogundipe was involved in the supply of illegal drugs with complete disregard for the significant harm that drug-related activity causes to our communities.
“This sentence is the result of a thorough investigation and demonstrates our commitment to identifying and disrupting those involved in the supply of illegal drugs in Aylesbury and the wider Thames Valley.
“We will continue to target those who seek to profit from criminality, working tirelessly to protect our communities and bring offenders to justice.”
