Two arrested in Aylesbury for Class A drugs charges

A 39 year old man and a 27 year old man were arrested by the Aylesbury Vale Stronghold Team yesterday morning.

It's after police stopped a vehicle at around 11am on Oakfield Road, Aylesbury, with assistance from the Roads Policing department and an Armed Response Unit.

Officers located a substantial quantity of class A drugs both crack cocaine and heroin.

Both of the men, who are from Luton, were arrested on suspicion of possessing a class A drug, with the intent to supply. They have been bailed from police custody while a thorough investigation takes place.

The police have issued a clear statement - If you come to Aylesbury and involve yourself in the supply of drugs, they will find you and will deal with you robustly.

If you’re concerned about drugs, drug dealing or any other drug related crime in your area or think someone may be a victim of drug exploitation, please call the Police on 101 or 999 in an emergency. You can also report online or contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
