A High Wycombe shopping centre has closed permanently ahead of plans for demolition and redevelopment.
The Chilterns retail hub has shut its doors as part of proposals to build more than 300 new homes and six retail units on the site.
Plans were approved by Buckinghamshire Council last year, with developers saying the scheme will help transform this part of the town centre and encourage further investment.
