An old car workshop located at Towerton House off Wycombe Road in Stokenchurch could be demolished to make way for 11 homes.
The plan involves building three pairs of three-bed semi-detached homes and a terrace of three two-bedroom homes, with a separate two-storey commercial building as well.
The workshop and paddock building are attached are both unused.
The developers have conducted a heritage assessment of the loss of the buildings due to the village’s historic character.
