After a year of the plans being 'paused' due to efforts from Greg. The MP now wants the plans to be 'fully and firmly' cancelled for good.
Greg Smith has written to the Secretary of State for Transport Grant Shapps, asking for what is describes as 'a disaster for Buckinghamshire' to be scrapped completely.
He says what he believes the cancellation of the expressway will mean to locals: "All bucks residents can have peace of mind that yet another destructive project that will carve up our countryside, peoples homes, communities, businesses, farms, is put firmly in the dustbin of history."
