A 27 year old man has been sentenced to three years and nine months in prison, for drug offences.
Mohammed Ataf, of Kent Road in Luton was stopped while driving a vehicle on 1 March 2021, where a search found crack cocaine and heroin valued at around £1,200.
He was bailed in order to progress further investigation, where the conditions imposed were not to enter Aylesbury.
Eight days later, on 9 March 2021 a warrant was conducted at an address in Aylesbury, and Officers found Ataf within the property in possession of crack cocaine and heroin worth around £1,300.
He was arrested and charged the next day.
Ataf was sentenced at Aylesbury Crown Court on Wednesday (12/5) after he pleaded guilty to two counts of possession with intent to supply heroin and two counts of possession with intent to supply cocaine.
