A man has been sentenced for an incident of indecent exposure in Denham.
In a hearing at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court yesterday (6/7), Omar Buckley, aged 29, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to a count of Public Nuisance – indecent exposure.
He was ordered to pay compensation to the victim as well as court costs.
On 18 June at around 11am, officers were called to Oakside, Denham, following reports of a man exposing himself in public.
Buckley was located by officers and arrested.
Investigating officer PC George Ward of the Incident & Crime Response team, based at Amersham police station, said: “This was a very unpleasant experience for the victim, who was simply going about their day.
“I am pleased that Buckley has been brought before the courts and sentenced for this offence having pleaded guilty.
“I hope that he learns from his actions, and that they have consequences.”
