Man found with £1,600+ drugs inside him in Aylesbury jailed

Alfie Dewing (left) was stopped in Aylesbury alongside Chow San Dylan Low earlier this year.

After being found with over £1.5k worth of Class A drugs inside him, a man from Buckinghamshire has been jailed.

Police stopped 24-year-old Alfie Dewing at an Aylesbury petrol station in January, along with Chow San Dylan Lo, who’s 26 - they had been travelling to the town to sell crack cocaine and heroin.

Dewing, from Queensmead in Loudwater, had to take part in a ‘drugs recovery toilet process’ and officers found the substances.

Both he and Lo, from Rennie Close in Wycombe, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply.

Dewing was sentenced to two years and eight months in prison and Lo was sentenced to three years imprisonment at Aylesbury Crown Court on Monday (13/6).

On 10 January this year, Dewing and Lo were travelling from High Wycombe to Aylesbury to sell crack cocaine and heroin.

The pair stopped at Tesco on Tring Road for fuel, when officers from the Stronghold team arrested them.

A mobile phone and a large quantity of cash was found in the car and following a drugs recovery toilet process of Dewing, he passed a total of £1,660-worth of class A drugs.

They were both charged on 11 January.

Investigating officer PC Levi Fensom, of the Stronghold team based at Aylesbury police station, said:

“I am very pleased this investigation has resulted in the convictions of Dewing and Lo.

“I hope this shows the people of Aylesbury that we take issues of drug supply very seriously, and anyone involved will be targeted by the Stronghold team to bring offenders to justice.

“We continue to need the support of the public in this, and we would ask them to report any information that they have about drug dealing.

“This can be shared with Thames Valley Police on our website or by calling 101.

“You can also report information anonymously by calling independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
