A woman in High Wycombe was the victim of an indecent exposure incident earlier this week after being followed by a man through a multi-storey car park in the town centre.
At around 1.15pm on Monday 28th March, the woman was paying her parking fee at the Dovecot car park when she became aware of a man close by who was staring at her.
After paying, she made her way to her car on level 2B of the car park. The man followed her and then exposed his genitals before then leaving towards the stairwell.
The offender is described as a stocky Asian man in his mid-twenties, around 5ft 6ins - 5ft 7ins tall, with short black fluffy hair. He was wearing a black hoodie with MINDSET written on the front in white, and black chinos.
Investigating officer PC Harry Prasol, based at High Wycombe police station, said: “This incident has understandably left the victim feeling shaken and I am keen to speak to anyone in the area at the time of the incident and anyone who believes they saw a man matching this description.
“This happened in the afternoon in a busy car park near the town centre and so I believe someone will have seen this man and can help identify who he is.
