Police have charged a man with possession of an explosive substance and other offences in High Wycombe.
Jack Coleman, aged 19, of Amersham Hill, High Wycombe, has been charged with one count each of; possession of an explosive substance for unlawful purpose, possession of a knife in a public place and burglary.
The charge is in relation to an incident in Amersham Hill on Tuesday.
Coleman was due to appear before High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on Friday.
