A 19-year-old man from Bierton has been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent and assault.
The incident occurred at around 12.30am on Kempster Way on Saturday (16/4).
The offender assaulted one man, before stabbing another man who was trying to restrain him.
The victim of the stabbing, who is aged in his fifties, was treated in Stoke Mandeville Hospital for injuries to the lower abdomen and has since been discharged.
Police are still appealing for information surrounding the incident.
Investigating officer, Detective Constable Sandrine Bonomo-Fox, based at Aylesbury police station, said:
